Although we do not encourage Cancellation of confirmed orders, under valid circumstances, the customer can request for a cancellation but is subject to approval but will be liable for a cancellation fee in order to compensate for the losses.
In case an order is cancelled from our end, due to non-availability of the product or any other factors beyond our control, we will issue a full refund.
We accept requests for Returns subject to approval in cases such as defective, damaged or wrong product delivered. The process is subject to approval and hence may take 3-5 working days for process completion, depending on the case in review. An equivalent replacement will be provided to the customer in this case.
Any claim for Returns need to be registered latest within 6 hours of delivery since the products in question are food and any claim beyond 6 hours will not be valid as per our Company Return & Refund Policies.
Return of the products should be done at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will take the returned product back with us and issue a credit note for the value of the return products which will be credited to your account on the Site. This can be used to pay your subsequent shopping bills.

Refunds are processed on the below scenario:
Refunds will be initiated by Sihtuk LLC within 5 working days.
The customers shall normally receive their refunds from the Payment Gateway provider within in 10 to 14 working days depending on their mode of payment.
Refunds for orders placed through cash on delivery transactions, the User has the option to receive the refund in the Sihtuk Wallet.
Sihtuk LLC will not be responsible for any delay of refund payments from the respective bank of the customer as this is beyond our control. In such a situation, the customer shall directly deal with their bank for availing the refund and Sihtuk LLC will support the customer by providing all necessary information required by the customer’s bank.
